I wanted to let you know the Evergreen Data Systems software is heads and shoulders above what I was using and the support has been understanding and outstanding.  Evergreen has employees that understand collections and mine and my client’s needs.  I would recommend anyone take a close look at what Evergreen can offer their business.

I have to say that this Evergreen software is the absolute best when it comes to identifying the ever- changing needs of an escrow company and its accounts.  It's so versatile & extremely easy to use!   But the most important thing to me was the training & support I received, not only during new software transition, but getting started & using it!  Due to location, this support had to be done primarily over the phone.  My calls were returned promptly and emails responded to, immediately.  I can't say enough about!  Love it & wished we had switched sooner!

Unlike some of your clients, we were in a quandary as we were very happy with the software we were using.  Unfortunately, the company who owned the software decided there was not enough demand to continue upgrading and servicing the product.  We looked for several years and were so disappointed in the software available for our use that we were ready to go back to servicing our contracts manually.  Evergreen came to our rescue just in time and we couldn't be more pleased.  Your support is excellent with a friendly, helpful staff always at our beck and call.  The upgrades are continual and always make the product even better.  Thanks Evergreen!
